Solution Architect Role Overview: The candidate will be self-driven, strong problem-solver with good communication skills, attention to details, competitive drive, good teamwork skills, and ability to synthesize perspectives at Industry levels to formulate and support industry messaging. Ideal candidate skills/Qualities Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, succinctly articulate business impacts, translate technical information into layperson and business terms, concisely ‘storyboard’ complex problems, solutions, and approaches in a manner appropriate for executives, develop frameworks, templates, and high-quality pragmatic deliverables that can be carried forth and executed by project teams, and articulate and demonstrate gaps in our products based on real world customer use cases. In-depth understanding of and experience working within the key industry vertical and SCM industry solution architecture Extremelyknowledgeable in Business, Industry, and IT Strategy and Architecture Partner or senior level engagement manager at a large systems integrator, IT Consulting firm or competitive organization where he/she has run a large solutions/services business; In-depth understanding of current cloud technologies and products, and has a strong sense for market trends and emerging technologies and tools within and outside Supply Chain solutions Professional leadership of global customer engagements, including an understanding of customers unique business needs and objectives and budget situation (Total cost of operation) Solution Architecture for Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and technologies including databases, analytical solutions, IoT, and its applications Design Thinking methodology for product innovation and design led digital transformation.
