Your Role as an International Recruiter As an International Recruiter, you will work with the following tasks (including but not limited to): Being responsible for your own recruitment projects with existing customers Working primarily with Southern European language-speaking candidates Using your creativity to create eye-catching and informative job adverts Being active on the phone and proactively headhunting candidates using various portals and tools Leveraging social media to create visibility and reach out to potential candidates Screening applications and interviewing candidates via phone and video Creating candidate presentations and following up with clients throughout the process Matchmaking and building strong relationships with candidates and clients Continuously managing your time to create structure and drive success Working towards weekly and monthly KPIs and budgets To Be Successful in This Role, You Are… Fluent in English and German or Dutch Interested in an international career and environment, eager to develop, and enjoy working with people Structured and able to multitask A positive and solution-oriented problem solver A strong communicator who enjoys speaking with candidates and clients Goal-oriented and driven by reaching targets Interested in the international recruitment industry Adaptable to change and able to work with deadlines Self-driven and able to work efficiently both independently and in a team Educated and/or experienced in a similar role, department, or industry Why Join Multilingual Jobs Worldwide?
