Overview Are you passionate about building brands across diverse markets? Join us as Iberia Brand Manager where you’ll play a key role in executing marketing strategies and elevating brand awareness in Spain and Portugal with a special focus on growing our presence in Portugal. What Youll Do Implement impactful marketing campaigns and promotions aligned with strategic goals. Coordinate with distributors and points of sale to ensure flawless execution. Adapt marketing messages and materials to local market needs and cultural nuances. Monitor campaign performance and propose data-driven improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and other departments to maximize impact. Additional Responsibilities Support events and activations at points of sale. Conduct market research to understand consumer needs and perceptions. Help manage relationships with distributors and business partners. Contribute to product launches and campaign rollouts. Who you are You bring 2 years of experience in a marketing-related role. Youre a creative multitasker with a results-driven mindset. You thrive in cross-functional environments and manage multiple stakeholders. Youre fluent in English have a medium level of Spanish and Portuguese is a plus.
