Esta persona será responsable de la gestión de actividades médicas y científicas en el área terapéutica asignada, colaborando estrechamente con equipos internos y externos para asegurar el éxito de la estrategia médica de la compañía.
El Medical Manager trabajará de la mano con el equipo comercial, de marketing y acceso al mercado, proporcionando conocimiento médico experto, apoyo a proyectos de educación médica, e implementando estrategias basadas en la evidencia científica más reciente. Además, será el enlace clave entre la comunidad médica, sociedades científicas y la organización.
Responsabilidades Principales- Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia médica en colaboración con las áreas de marketing y comercial, asegurando su alineación con las necesidades médicas y científicas.
- Proporcionar soporte médico en el desarrollo y revisión de materiales promocionales y no promocionales, asegurando el cumplimiento de normativas y códigos de ética.
- Coordinar la generación y diseminación de datos científicos , liderando o colaborando en estudios clínicos y actividades de investigación.
- Colaborar con el equipo de Market Access para desarrollar estrategias de valor y apoyo en la implementación de iniciativas que aseguren el acceso de los productos al mercado.
- Ser el punto de contacto clave con los líderes de opinión (KOLs) , sociedades científicas y otros stakeholders médicos para fomentar relaciones de confianza.
- Gestionar actividades de educación médica y coordinar eventos médicos y formativos con expertos, asegurando una sólida base científica en cada uno de ellos.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias científicas, guías clínicas y la competencia en el área terapéutica.
- Colaborar en la planificación de congresos y simposios científicos , representando a la compañía en eventos del sector.
- Formación en Medicina (Médico, preferiblemente con especialización o máster en áreas relacionadas con la salud).
- Experiencia mínima de 3-5 años en un puesto similar dentro de la industria farmacéutica, biotecnológica o en una consultora de salud.
- Conocimiento profundo del entorno regulatorio español y normativas de la industria farmacéutica.
- Habilidad para interpretar y comunicar datos científicos de forma clara y precisa.
- Fuertes habilidades interpersonales, con experiencia demostrada en la colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Capacidad para establecer y mantener relaciones con líderes de opinión y otros stakeholders clave.
- Excelentes habilidades de presentación, tanto escrita como oral.
- Nivel avanzado de inglés, tanto escrito como hablado.
- Disponibilidad para viajar según sea necesario.
