The person will take full ownership of delivering high-performing, high-impact services and products as SaaS. The DataOps Engineer supports a variety of cloud-based infrastructure covering front-end websites, back-end APIs, serverless functions as well as deployment pipeline, establishing process of automating the data-driven cycle used by analytics data teams by creating an automated pipeline, improves the quality and security as well reduces the cycle time of data analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesOwnership of production pipelines, deployments, servicesDeploy software to and maintain multiple environments from Development through ProductionEstablish scalable, efficient, and automated processes for large-scale deploymentsInfrastructure to be created from code as per best practice and organized to be easily maintained and extended.Service and flow orchestrationTo devise useful metrics for ensuring their services are meeting customer demand and having an impact and iterate to deliver and improve on those metrics in an agile fashionGitOps-based software development lifecycleWork closely with the analytics team to advise on the implementation SecuritySkills, Knowledge & ExpertiseCapable of performing sysadmin tasksDocker, Kubernetes (Rancher)JenkinsAzure, or AWSGitOps, DevSecOps experienceScripting languages: Bash, SQL, PythonTerraform, PulumiGitAgile methods & tools like JIRASeen as an advantageSnowflakeFivetranIAM (SaaS, Security, etc)Familiarity with a variety of DevOps and DataOps tools like Pulumi, Terraform, AnsibleBehavioural and Interpersonal:Analytical thinking, proactive attitude, self-motivation demonstrated through past experienceProblem-solving skills and customer focusParticipates in forming the friendly atmosphere, supports the high team spirit and cooperationCollaboration over conflictsResult-OrientedInfluencingHigh sense of responsibility and ownershipAbility to work in fast paced and multicultural environmentStress resistantHours are flexible; on call hours are requiredJob BenefitsWork with top talent and great colleagues who are industry and technology experts.
