Recognized as Logista's subsidiary expert in maritime transport, El Mosca transports dry and temperature‑controlled goods, offering customized solutions ranging from groupage to full loads, always ensuring maximum efficiency and quality in each operation.Functions and responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:Si desea conocer los requisitos para este puesto, siga leyendo para obtener toda la información relevante.Strategic HR PartnershipCollaborate with business leaders to understand operational goals and translate them into HR strategies.Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning for sea and air freight divisions.Support change management initiatives during business transformation or process optimization.Talent ManagementDrive recruitment strategies for specialized roles in freight forwarding and air cargo operations.Implement onboarding programs tailored to logistics and transport professionals.Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs for operational excellence and regulatory compliance.Employee RelationsAct as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues within the sea and air freight teams.Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and labor laws.Mediate conflicts and foster a positive work environment across multicultural teams.Performance & CompensationSupport performance management cycles, including goal setting and appraisals.Advise on compensation structures aligned with industry benchmarks for freight forwarding and air transport roles.Compliance & SafetyEnsure adherence to international and local labor regulations.Collaborate with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) teams to maintain compliance in operational areas.HR AnalyticsMonitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, training effectiveness) and provide insights to improve workforce efficiency.Prepare reports for senior management on HR trends within sea and air freight operations.RequirementsQualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
