En VERTI buscamos un/a Senior Data Scientist con amplia experiencia en el levantamiento, diseño e implementación end to end de soluciones analíticas basadas en ML & IA. Con orientación Data Product, gran capacidad de interlocución con areas de negocio y de colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares. UBICACIÓN.- MADRID - CL. MARIA TUBAU, 10 FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO (FUNCIONES CLAVE) Comprensión de las necesidades del negocio y propuesta de soluciones analíticas basadas en ML & IA que ayuden a conseguir sus objetivos Diseño de las soluciones analíticas, considerando la viabilidad técnica y el impacto en negocio en colaboración con equipos multidisciplinares Realizar los analisis descriptivos, pipelines de transformación de los datos y el entrenamiento de los modelos ML o DL mas adecuados a cada caso de uso Presentación de los hallazgos y resultados a los interlocutores de negocio en un lenguaje no técnico Productivización de los mismos, acompañado de los equipos de MLOPs Seguimiento del impacto en negocio, asi como de las métricas técnicas y proponer mejoras Documentación de los casos de uso y decisiones tomadas Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares para identificar e implementar proyectos Participar en la definición de metodologias y buenas prácticas dentro del departamento FORMACION Y CONOCIMIENTOS REQUERIDOS Estadística, Matemáticas, Ingenierias Valorable master en ciencia de datos Conocimientos solidos en Python, Pyspark y SQL Conocimientos en entornos Cloud (Preferiblemente AWS) Conocimientos profundos en técnicas avanzadas de ML & DL, tanto supervisados como no supervisados Conocimientos en soluciones de IAGen EXPERIENCIA PROFESIONAL REQUERIDA PARA EL PUESTO Experiencia mínima de 5 años en el desarrollo, entrenamiento, puesta en producción y medición de proyectos de ML & DL Experiencia mínima de 2 años en implementación de soluciones de IAGen Experiencia mínima de 2 años en implementación de soluciones de NLP
