The team is based in Canada, Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.What You’ll DoBe the main driver of product features from inception to feature release/post-releaseTransform high-level opportunities into concrete and well‑thought‑out feature designsProduce and update game specs that contain the right level of detail while staying concise and easy to understand by the whole teamEnsuring designs meet the player’s needs, the franchise strategy and the business goalsGuiding and leading feature iteration with the feature team and discipline expertsWork closely with game designer, UX/UI designers, technical artists, engineers and producers to build best‑in‑class product featuresProvide any implementation details to engineersProvide feature feedback frequently and timelyFollow the most recent market trends and best practices to create the best possible designs for our roadmap features, and to bring new ideas to the tableWhat We’re Looking ForMust be excited about working on F2P mobile games, have the aptitude and ability to manage a very complex ecosystem with players in different life cycle phases and spend propensitiesExperience & Qualification: 3/4+ years of experience in software development, preferably F2P mobile casual games or other consumer‑facing productsCommunication: strong verbal & written communication skills.
