While most organizations treat AI as an add‑on to conventional education frameworks, 2 Hour Learning has pursued a fundamentally different approach: we have reconstructed the school model from first principles, leveraging AI and learning science to eliminate the limitations inherent in traditional classrooms. Our students do not simply progress — they excel, earning multiple 4s and 5s on AP examinations, demonstrating multi‑year academic advancement within a single year, and repeatedly surpassing their own projected outcomes. We have validated that when AI serves as the foundational operating system for learning, student performance accelerates dramatically. This is not a conventional product management position centered on iterative feature releases or customer feedback cycles. This is an executive‑level technical product ownership role, in which you will own the architectural direction, technical strategy, and AI integration across our complete learning ecosystem. You will make critical technical tradeoffs that ensure our platforms remain lean, scalable, and unwaveringly centered on enhancing student results. You will operate with the mindset of a CTO and the velocity of a product entrepreneur, combining engineering discipline with learning science to drive sustained breakthroughs.
