Project Controller – Proyecto Industrial (Salamanca). Desde Manpower seleccionamos a un Project Controller en un proyecto con uno de nuestros principales clientes del sector del entorno Pharma. ¿Te motiva trabajar en proyectos industriales de alto impacto, con visibilidad real, autonomía y un entorno profesional exigente? Serás la persona responsable de controlar, estructurar y optimizar la gestión de proyectos clave, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, costes y calidad, y aportando valor real al negocio. Extensión del Laboratorio de QC (site Salamanca) Proyectos GES: Paracox y expansión Cup Filler Definir procesos, plantillas y herramientas de Control de Proyecto. Evaluar objetivos de tiempo, coste y calidad, aplicando controles de gobernanza. Actuar como enlace clave entre cliente, contratistas y proveedores. Elaborar informes ejecutivos para cuadros de mando. Coordinar talleres, adquisiciones y planificación con proveedores. Asegurar calidad, cumplimiento de procesos y entregables a tiempo. Formación en Ingeniería, ADE, Económicas o similar. Experiencia previa como Project Controller / Project Management / Control de Costes. Sólidos conocimientos en planificación, control financiero y reporting. Valorable experiencia en entornos industriales, pharma o ingeniería. Nivel de inglés C1 (imprescindible para interacción en entornos internacionales). Participar en proyectos industriales estratégicos de gran visibilidad. Colaboración directa con cliente final y equipos senior. Duración aproximada: 6 meses (sustitución por baja de maternidad). Ubicación: Salamanca. Condiciones competitivas según experiencia.
