Ubicación: España Sector: Producto de consumo / Hogar Salario: 33.000 € brutos anuales En HH Hunters estamos buscando un/a Product Manager – Sourcing & Product Development para uno de nuestros clientes , una empresa del sector de producto de consumo para el hogar, con fuerte orientación al canal retail. Buscamos un perfil con sólida experiencia en búsqueda, desarrollo y lanzamiento de producto , y con un claro foco en sourcing internacional , especialmente en Asia (principalmente China) . La persona seleccionada será responsable de gestionar el producto de forma integral, desde la identificación de oportunidades y proveedores hasta su lanzamiento en el mercado. Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con proveedores internacionales, equipos internos y clientes retail , asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, costes, plazos y posicionamiento comercial . ¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? Búsqueda activa de nuevos productos y detección de tendencias en mercados internacionales (Asia/China y otros). Viajes periódicos a ferias internacionales y fábricas para la identificación y homologación de proveedores. Desarrollo de producto desde el concepto inicial hasta el lanzamiento (briefing, diseño, materiales, packaging y pricing). Gestión integral del ciclo de vida del producto. Negociación con proveedores internacionales (costes, MOQ, plazos y calidad). Seguimiento de muestras, validaciones, producción y control de calidad. Coordinación con los equipos de compras, marketing, calidad y logística. Adaptación del producto a las necesidades del canal retail. Análisis de ventas y rendimiento del producto una vez lanzado. ¿Qué buscamos en ti? Experiencia en sourcing y desarrollo de producto con proveedores internacionales. Conocimiento de plataformas de comercio internacional (Alibaba, Made-in-China, Global Sources). Manejo de herramientas de gestión de proyectos (Trello, Notion, Asana). Uso de herramientas avanzadas de IA (ChatGPT, MidJourney u otras) para análisis de tendencias y creación de conceptos. Conocimiento de procesos de fabricación, normativas de importación/exportación y estándares de calidad. Conocimientos básicos de diseño de producto y branding. Inglés fluido (imprescindible) . Conocimiento del canal retail (hogar, menaje, ferretería, grandes superficies). Experiencia previa viajando a China u otros países asiáticos. Competencias clave Alta capacidad de negociación y comunicación. Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y en entornos multiculturales. Perfil proactivo, curioso e innovador. Persona organizada, resolutiva y con capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente. Autonomía y automotivación. ¿Qué ofrece nuestro cliente? Horario: Lunes a jueves: 8:00 – 14:30 y 16:00 – 17:40 Viernes: 8:00 – 14:40 Salario bruto anual: 33.000 € Proyecto estable con recorrido y contacto directo con mercados internacionales.
