Workster is partnering with one of the largest global outsourcing companies to recruit Spanish-speaking Customer Support Experts for various international projects across multiple industries. These roles support major global companies in areas such as social media, digital communication, mobility, online payments, cybersecurity, e-commerce, and consumer electronics, all without disclosing brand names. Your Role As a Customer Support Expert, you will help users across different platforms and services, ensuring a smooth, safe, and high-quality experience. You will: Assist users with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency Stay informed about the specific project’s policies, products, and guidelines Make balanced, policy-aligned decisions while maintaining user satisfaction Communicate clearly and professionally, in writing and verbally Investigate and resolve inquiries related to accounts, usage, and service issues Respond to user questions with high quality, speed, and empathy Use your market knowledge to spot trends and recommend scalable improvements Analyze incoming data to enhance the overall user experience Support enforcement of platform or service rules when required Review reported content or cases within agreed timeframes Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest process improvements Recognize patterns and escalate cases when necessary Your Qualifications C1 level Spanish Good English (B2) Availability for remote roles within Greece or for office-based positions in Athens (depending on the project) Customer Support experience is a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Flexibility and adaptability to policy and process changes Confident computer and internet skills Ability to provide required documentation (ID/Passport, Birth Certificate) The Offer Multiple project options , matched to your skills and preferences Remote positions anywhere in Greece and onsite roles in Athens Relocation package for Athens-based roles (flight, hotel stay, and housing assistance) Competitive salary + performance bonuses Rotational shifts depending on the project Diverse and multicultural work environment Full training, continuous support, and strong career development opportunities
