Unleash your limitless potential in an electrifying environment that will transcend your career to new heights What We’re Looking For A Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field is preferred, from an academic institution or a professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or similar). A minimum of 3 years of financial controlling experience in a luxury hotel, leisure, retail, or luxury hospitality industry. Proven track record of experience in group consolidation and financial closing processes. A strong understanding of financial audits is beneficial. Mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with extensive ERP experience. Familiarity with SAP is preferred. Applies strong business acumen and analytical thinking to support revenue optimisation and effective cost management. Superior problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, while maintaining a strategic global view of the business. Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and Spanish. Additional languages are a definite plus. Holds the legal right to work in Europe, including any required visas or work permits, in full compliance with local regulations. Key Responsibilities Leads the preparation and control of monthly profit and loss statements for assigned business units, ensuring reporting accuracy and consistency. Oversees group-level financial consolidation and integrates individual business unit results to support comprehensive financial reporting. Provides clear and structured financial insights to management and supports the Group Finance Director in decision-making processes. Coordinates the review of controlling outputs across business units, including cost control, margin analysis and workforce-related reporting. Defines and enforces group-wide closing standards, ensuring consistency in financial criteria across all entities. Analyses budget, actual and forecast variances, and identifies key performance drivers to inform business decisions. Supports the budgeting and forecasting process with relevant data, financial modelling and scenario planning. Coordinates with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely month-end closings.
