Como software engineer en Fresh People, tu misión es trabajar en equipo para asegurar que el producto que desarrollamos resuelve las necesidades reales del negocio, aportando la máxima calidad en tecnología. Con un mindset enfocado en el desarrollo de producto ágil y gracias a tu pensamiento crítico y analítico, resolverás retos en nuestro modelo de datos, optimizarás nuestra infraestructura y aplicarás IA de forma práctica: > Data engineeringInterpretarás datos complejos: serás responsable de la extracción y análisis de la información, entendiendo el contexto y el histórico del producto y del negocio, para poder extraer conclusiones fiables que ayudarán a la toma de decisiones estratégicas.Trabajarás con diversas fuentes de datos, creando conexiones que facilitarán la extracción de conclusiones.Participarás en la definición de cambios estructurales en los modelos de datos y en su refactorización, con el objetivo de reducir la deuda técnica. > Infrastructure administrationOptimizarás nuestra infraestructura en la nube (AWS), dándole trazabilidad y claridad para que cada cambio sea sólido y escalable (IaC).Elevarás nuestra seguridad aplicando protocolos en redes y datos (comunicaciones seguras, encriptado, buenas prácticas) que protejan lo que más valoramos.Impulsarás mejoras que nos permitan crecer de forma ágil, flexible y sin complejidad innecesaria. > Product development (IA focused)Aplicarás IA de forma práctica, experimentando con modelos existentes y técnicas de prompt engineering para mejorar el producto, sin necesidad de reinventar la rueda.Explorarás recursos y herramientas de IA para utilizarlos de manera creativa en nuestro producto, buscando siempre generar valor real para managers y sus equipos (usuarios).Contribuirás a la evolución del producto bajo principios de arquitectura hexagonal, asegurando un desarrollo modular, escalable y sostenible.
