IO Interactive is seeking a talented individual to join our team in a role that will support all of our studios and projects. Currently, we are working on two exciting game projects: Project 007 , a brand-new James Bond video game featuring an entirely original Bond story, and Project Fantasy , an ambitious new IP for console and PC that will redefine the fantasy RPG genre. As we continue to expand these worlds, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Cinematic Artist who can craft visually striking trailers and marketing assets that bring our games to life through storytelling, atmosphere, and emotion. This role calls for someone hands-on and proactive, ready to step in when timing is critical and help deliver exceptional results as we move toward launch. What you will do: Create high-quality trailers, videos, and marketing assets using in-engine and video tools, aligned with IOI’s global marketing strategy. Lead the editing and previs process, setting the visual, narrative, and audio direction. Handle set dressing, stage direction, lighting, and rendering using in-game assets and Maya for animation adjustments. Deliver final renders and exports at 4K quality, including post-processing and color correction. Capture gameplay and cinematic moments hands-on for walkthroughs and trailers. Produce 2D assets such as wallpapers and stills directly from the engine. Collaborate closely with cinematic, animation, lighting, and audio teams to achieve cohesive, high-impact results. Take ownership of marketing video projects from concept to final delivery, working autonomously within a lean creative structure. Who you are:  Experienced in previz, cinematics, or video production within games or game engines. Proven ability to create emotionally engaging sequences that combine storytelling, composition, and pacing. Able to use (or learn) Maya to layout basic animations, with a strong eye for character performance and movement. Skilled in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and familiar with Unreal, Unity, or similar engines. A clear communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with cross-discipline teams and provide constructive creative feedback. Highly autonomous and adaptable, comfortable managing multiple stages of production independently. Passionate about pushing creative and technical boundaries in game trailers and cinematics. Curious and growth-minded, eager to refine your craft through ongoing learning and supported development opportunities at IOI. Bonus skills in color grading, sound editing or mixing, visual effects, and photography are a strong plus.
