En Desigual, con más de 40 años de trayectoria y una presencia global, buscamos un/a Assistant Store Manager para una de nuestras tiendas de Mallorca.Como Assistant Store Manager serás la persona encargada, junto con el/la Store Manager de la tienda, de garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de la tienda y del equipo para llegar a nuestros objetivos comerciales y ofrecer una experiencia de compra única.Tus funciones principales serán:- Apertura y cierre de la tienda y asegurar su correcto funcionamiento diario.- Gestionar el equipo de la tienda: serás la persona encargada de mantener la motivación del equipo y formarlo en las novedades de nuestro producto para que puedan explicarlo a nuestras clientas.- Asegurar el servicio al cliente y dar respuesta a sus necesidades.- Analizar las ventas a partir de nuestros indicadores adaptados(KPIs).¿Qué ofrecemos?- Contrato indefinido jornada completa con turnos rotativos mañana/tarde.- Salario competitivo + comisiones.- Desigualiza tu vestidor: tendrás un 50% de descuento en todas nuestras colecciones.- Beneficios en transportes, tickets restaurant, seguro médico, ...- Formación en moda, estilismo y estrategias de venta: contarás con toda la información necesaria para conectar y asesorar a nuestra clienta.Requisitos mínimos-Que cuentes con una experiencia mínima de 2 años en una posición similar.- Que tengas conocimientos de KPIs de venta / comerciales.- Que seas una persona comunicativa y transmitas la emoción de nuestro producto a nuestras clientas, y que trabajes en equipo. xsgfvud - Necesitamos que te sientas cómodo/a hablando en inglés o alemán para atender a nuestras clientas del mundo.
