Après avoir doublé la taille de nos équipes ces deux dernières années, nous souhaitons continuer sur notre lancée et pour ce faire, nous cherchons un Business Development Manager expérimenté pour renforcer notre équipe de Barcelone. À ce rôle, tes missions consisteront à prospecter, construire, développer et gérer ton portefeuille client, mais aussi à qualifier, recruter et accompagner les consultants freelance (70 % de responsabilités commerciales et 30 % de recrutement). Les qualifications que nous recherchons : Une première expérience professionnelle idéalement dans le domaine Sales Une réelle appétence commerciale - prospection téléphonique Français natif Ambitieux et motivé par l'atteinte des résultats Pourquoi Pixie Services ? Rémunération variable déplafonnée et compréhensible - package d'environ 50K après 1 an Onboarding cadré pour te permettre d'intégrer nos process rapidement et te concentrer sur ton business Career plan clair et transparent qui te permet de savoir où tu vas et comment atteindre tes objectifs Autonomie totale pour développer ton portefeuille client et consultant Une localisation idéale en plein coeur de Barcelone - Plaça Urquinaona ️ Informations complémentaires: Rémunération flexible (transport, tickets restaurants, mutuelle, etc.) Travail à distance un jour par semaine Citoyenneté de l'UE ou permis de travail pour l'Espagne Processus de recrutement : Étape 1 : entretien avec notre équipe Talent Acquisition (30 minutes) Étape 2 : entretien visio avec le manager (30 minutes) Étape 3 : entretien présentiel avec le directeur (dans l'idéal) (1 heure)
