We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.About The RoleYour mission as a Customer Trade Marketing Analyst is to act as the bridge between marketing strategy and sales execution, ensuring that brand plans are effectively translated into impactful trade activities across all customer touchpoints.Position ObjectiveTranslate FMCG brand strategy into tailored plans for the Top Customers in Spain.Analyze and manage the 4Ps for each client.Develop customized business plans including assortment, displays, pricing, and promotions.Partner with KAMs to ensure sustainable growth across accounts.Your responsibilitiesAdapt brand strategy to client-specific needs.Analyze, design, and optimize product assortment for every customer.Design and implement effective promotional campaigns.Coordinate in-store displays and trade materials.Build tailored business plans per client.Track performance and KPIs for each
