Satellite Power Electronics Design Engineer ¿Vigo, Galicia, Spain (onsite / hybrid) Space Systems | Satellite Engineering | Power Electronics Our client, a leading European space technology company, is seeking an experienced Power Electronics Design Engineer to join their growing satellite engineering division. design, development, and qualification of advanced power subsystems for spacecraft platforms, working closely with multidisciplinary teams across systems, electrical, and mechanical engineering. Design and develop schematic design, component selection, circuit simulation, and PCB layout reviews worst-case, thermal, and radiation analysis hardware testing, validation, and environmental qualification (Collaborate with systems engineers to define power budgets, interface requirements, and redundancy strategies . test procedures, and design reports throughout the development lifecycle. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field . power electronics design —aerospace, defense, or high-reliability sectors . control loop design . Altium Designer or similar CAD tools . space-qualified components , English (Spanish FPGA-controlled power systems digital power regulation . battery systems, solar array regulation, or EPS architectures hardware testing, debugging, and validation Competitive salary and relocation package (if applicable).
