In this role you will: Key Responsibilities : Design and develop modern, user-friendly websites that reflect brand identity and meet business objectives Manage the full web design process, from concept and layout through to implementation and maintenance Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate requirements into creative, functional design solutions Work closely with project managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and high-quality deliverables Apply best practices in UX, usability, accessibility and SEO to enhance overall site performance and user experience Conduct quality reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to design standards Support continuous improvement by contributing to design processes, documentation and team collaboration About the Ideal Candidate Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Web savvy (CMS experience e.g. WordPress) and Website design processes and SEO best practices. Knowledge of design practices that adhere to WCAG standards and the design impact to the site speed. Basic understanding of the purpose of programming languages such has HTML and CSS.
