The Challenge We are looking for a Compliance and E‑commerce Legal Counsel to join our Legal team. You will provide comprehensive legal support for the company's e‑commerce operations, ensuring compliance with evolving laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks, and fostering ethical business practices. You are our ideal candidate if you are interested in innovative business models, platforms and tech‑based companies, and you want to excel in law in a non‑traditional environment. Compliance & Ethics: Assist in developing and implementing internal compliance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and compliance regulations. Commercial Agreements: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supplier agreements, customer contracts, partnership agreements and licensing agreements. Consumer Law: Advise on consumer protection laws, including distance selling regulations, unfair commercial practices and dispute resolution mechanisms. E‑commerce Compliance: Monitor and advise on legal developments related to e‑commerce such as digital services regulations (DSA, DMA), product safety or artificial intelligence. Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant legal issues, providing clear and concise legal advice to internal stakeholders. Dispute Resolution: Assist in managing legal disputes and pre‑litigation matters, including negotiating settlements. 2 to 3 years of experience as a lawyer specialized mainly in digital law and with some knowledge on e‑commerce. ~ Degree in Law with strong academic credentials. ~ Admitted to practise law in Spain. ~ Excellent level of English so that you are a fluent speaker and you may draft and review agreements in English too. ~ Open to provide legal guidance across a wide variety of legal issues to business stakeholders. ~ Passionate about fast growing companies and tech‑driven businesses. ~ Generous individual learning budget of 2k per year. ~ Group and individual English, Catalan & Spanish lessons as part of our working day. ~ Private Health Insurance with Cigna. ~ Flexible working hours + short Fridays. ~ Gym & Wellness plan, including physiotherapist in the office. ~ Wallapop Renta (Tax income support). ~ One‑off
