We are hiring a BuzzFeed Editorial Graphic Designer to join our project on a part-time basis and drive high-performance clickbait ads. This role is ideal for someone with a proven record in creating compelling, editorial-style visual ads that capture attention and drive engagement. Please only apply if you have experience designing ads with high click-through rates for Native, Facebook, Google and are proficient in AI tools for creative efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-converting ads optimized for performance and engagement.
- Manage the creation of visual assets for advertorial ads that are tailored to editorial standards.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform creative direction and improve performance.
- Use data-driven insights to refine ad designs, adapting visual ads based on target audience and conversion metrics.
- Oversee the visual direction of content, collaborating closely with internal marketing and creative teams.
- Leverage AI tools to optimize design workflows and enhance overall ad quality.
Requirements:
- A strong portfolio with examples of high-converting clickbait ads.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, specifically in performance-driven and clickbait ad creation.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and experience with AI design tools.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, data-driven, and results-focused environment.
- Excellent communication skills and project management abilities.
