Make an impact in the creators economy and join efforts to become a first-choice creator content & ad platform for e-commerce.We are inviting you to join us on this exciting journeyHey thereWe are looking for a full-time self‑motivated and result‑oriented Product Marketing Manager who will support our Client Growth team and collaborate with different team members and the company's departments.We’re building our marketing team around three core areas:Content & Brand (Fuel) – the words, visuals, and stories we createGrowth Marketing (Engine) – the channels, funnels, and experiments that drive revenueProduct Marketing (Foundation) – the audience, market, and product understanding that informs everythingYou’ll be the Product Marketing Manager , owning the Foundation .You’ll be the connector between Product, Marketing, Sales, and CX - making sure we deeply understand our audience and market, and that every feature we ship is clearly positioned, launched well, and actually adopted.If you love turning features into stories, planning launches, and keeping the product tightly aligned with market needs, this is for you.This role is open to anyone based in CET Time Zone.⏰ You must be available every working day between 9 am and 1 pm EST.Who We Are Looking ForRequiredProfessional spoken and written English.3–6+ years in Product Marketing or a closely related role in B2B SaaS or marketplacesStrong storytelling and copywriting skills; you can turn product into clear, compelling narratives across web, in‑app, and decksProven experience in feature or product launches and driving adoption, not just awarenessComfortable using data (adoption, usage, funnel metrics) to inform priorities and measure impactSkilled at working cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and CXOrganized, proactive, and comfortable being the first dedicated PMM/Foundation on the teamBonus pointsExperience in influencer marketing, UGC, or AdTech/MarTech.Exposure to PLG or self‑serve SaaS.ResponsibilitiesBuild the Foundation: Audience, Positioning, MessagingOwn the core positioning and messaging for Insense and key product areas.Develop a clear view of our segments, personas, and use cases and keep it up to date as the market shifts.Turn product capabilities into value‑led narratives that Content & Brand (Fuel) and Growth (Engine) teams can easily use.Lead Product & Feature Go‑to‑Market (GTM)Own the GTM strategy for new features and releases: target segments, key messages, narrative, channels, and timelines.Coordinate with Product, Content, Design, Growth, Sales, and CX to deliver cohesive launches across:Website & landing pagesIn‑app announcementsEmail and lifecycle flowsSocial and contentDefine launch and adoption KPIs and track how new releases perform.Drive Feature Adoption & Product CommunicationMake sure users and prospects know about, understand, and use what we build. Partner with Product, Growth, and CX to design in‑app messages, tooltips, tours, and onboarding experiences that drive activation and usage.Work with Content & Brand to create guides, playbooks, case studies, and webinars that bring features to life.Customer & Market InsightRun customer interviews, surveys, and win/loss analyses to uncover pains, triggers, and language.Monitor competitors and market trends and turn insight into positioning and product marketing priorities.Represent the voice of the customer in Product and Marketing planning.Sales & CX EnablementCreate and maintain sales and CX enablement assets: decks, one‑pagers, feature overviews, competitive battlecards.Train Sales and CX on what we’re launching, who it’s for, and how to talk about it.Provide simple frameworks and cheat sheets so customer‑facing teams can confidently position Insense.Partner with Growth on Pricing & PLGCollaborate with the Growth Product Manager (Engine) on pricing, packaging, and PLG experiments.Bring customer and market context to pricing decisions and self‑serve funnel changes.Ensure any pricing, packaging, and PLG changes are clearly messaged and understood by users and prospects.What We OfferForever remote roleWork from anywhere roleCompetitive salary in USD commensurate with your experience and location+ 15 days off + US holidaysTeam retreats (Sneak peak: we like LATAM beaches)International exposure to global clients and employees in AMER + EMEAOpportunities for career growthThis role is open to anyone based in European Time Zone, kindly select “worldwide” option in case your location is not listed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
