Through a robust stakeholder feedback loop and supported by consistent processes and leadership, we take pride in delivering responsive, fair and professional service with empathy and efficiency. **How you will create an impact*** Focused on **Financial Lines business**, you will be responsible for a portfolio of complex claims from coverage inquiry through legal liability assessment and quantum analysis, to timely and accurate resolution.* Your goal will be timely, accurate and customer-focused claim resolution, minimizing indemnity exposure and mitigating vendor and legal expense – you will actively promote and demonstrate the principles of ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ in claims handling.* You will also contribute to continuous improvement in Claims by supporting Quality Assurance / Regional Audit processes, ensuring mitigation of indemnity and expense exposure while communicating developments and outcomes as necessary to all key internal and external stakeholders.* Promote compliance with best practice for all aspects of claims assessment/handling and actively promote Claims Handling Values.* Support the Financial Lines Claims Manager and claims team on an ongoing basis and work closely with underwriters providing feedback on claims issues, wording and market trends.* Proactively identify and review suspect/fraudulent claims on a consistent basis in line with company' internal requirements.* Strengthen good relationships with internal and external customers and drive excellent customer service.**What you’ll need to succeed*** Strong experience and knowledge as a specialist in **Financial Lines** technical claims topics* Law degree preferred* Fluent in English* Advanced knowledge of legal / regulatory and litigation / procedural requirements for **Financial Lines**.* Experienced in stakeholder management, both internal (underwriting, distribution, actuarial, finance and executive management) and external (brokers, major
