Together, we’re building something extraordinary. About the role We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our chemical plant team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and sustaining production processes while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency. You will actively contribute to investment projects, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support process standardization across the plant, working closely with cross‑functional teams in a dynamic industrial environment. Your responsibilities Analyze and solve problems using continuous improvement methodologies, identifying and eliminating root causes. Define and apply setting standards to ensure proper interaction between equipment and materials. Compile technical information in manuals and ensure operators and technicians are fully trained and qualified. Keep maintenance management systems up to date and ensure compliance. Participate in industrialization trials on production lines. Collaborate on investment projects: financial analysis, scheduling, CAPEX management, and timeline monitoring. Optimize production line processes, proposing improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and safety. Update and maintain P&IDs and other technical documentation. The experience we're looking for Education: University degree in Chemical Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, managing large‑scale projects with high cost and technical complexity. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project. Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and availability. Action‑oriented mindset, strong prioritization skills, and ability to work effectively in a team. Good level of English (B2–C1). An English test will be required.
