About UEX.USUEX.US is a fast-growing crypto exchange focused on accessibility, speed, and product depth. We offer crypto trading, fiat on/off ramps, savings APYs, loans, and more. We are scaling aggressively and need a social media operator who can keep our channels active, sharp, and competitive.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Social Media Manager who can produce and publish large volumes of high-quality content daily across our social platforms. The ideal candidate understands crypto culture, uses AI tools for production, and knows how to create posts that drive engagement and conversions.You will work directly with the Marketing Team Lead , as well as our Graphic Designer and Video/Motion Designer to execute content plans, campaigns, and daily publishing. Your role is content creation + posting at high speed — not doing everything alone.Key ResponsibilitiesPublish 10–30 content pieces daily across platforms (X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, Reddit)Produce content using AI and creative toolsCollaborate with the Marketing Team Lead on strategy, campaign plans, content calendars, and promosWork with our Graphic Designer and Video/Motion Designer to generate branded visuals and animationsRepurpose long-form content into short clips and social highlightsDesign quick-format visuals yourself when needed (memes, screenshots, UI snippets, simple charts)Write captions, hooks, CTAs, and tagging strategiesMonitor crypto narratives, trends, memes, news, and react in real timeTrack performance metrics and optimize for engagement and growthMaintain consistent brand voice across platformsMaintain and update content scheduling systemsExample Content TypesCrypto news & commentaryProduct promos (APY boosts, listings, features)Short-form educational content (APY, staking, collateral, trading, etc.)Memes and reactive contentCommunity updatesUI screenshots + snippetsCarousel postsShort vertical videos (Reels / TikTok / Shorts)Required SkillsStrong short-form copywriting skillsProficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Leonardo, Runway, etc.)Basic design and editing skillsUnderstanding of crypto/fintech language and cultureFamiliar with X, TikTok, IG, Threads, Discord, Telegram environmentsFast production mindset — able to post at volumeGood communication skills with ability to follow strategic directionPreferred ExperienceExperience managing crypto, fintech, or finance social accountsUnderstanding growth mechanics for TikTok/ReelsFamiliar with Reddit posting cultureAbility to build threads/carousels with educational valueTools You May Use(Not mandatory, but helpful)AI Copy/Research: ChatGPT, ClaudeAI Images: Midjourney, Leonardo, IdeogramVideo Editing: CapCut, Runway, DescriptDesign: Canva, FigmaScheduling: Publer, Hootsuite, BufferAnalytics: Native Platform Analytics, ShieldPerformance IndicatorsPosting volume + consistencyPlatform growth across accountsEngagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, CTR)Responsiveness to trends and market narrativesConversion support during campaignsSpeed of executionCompensation$1,500–$2,500 per month depending on experience and performancePerformance-based bonusesGrowth opportunities available
