Job DescriptionTeleperformance Spain is seeking a group of highly-skilled professionals focused on engaging potential advertisers and persuading them to incorporate our marketing products into their strategies.
Responsibilities- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our service.
- Create, maintain, and update a database of customers with complete information.
- Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base.
- Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
- Ensure constant customer follow-up.
- Monitor competitors’ products or services and create selling strategies.
- Handle customer needs and requirements.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Native level of Spanish.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Previous sales experience.
- Experience with CRM.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, confident, competitive, tenacious, and proactive.
- Able to work independently within a team environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate multiple business models.
- Customer-driven and focused on providing exemplary customer experience.
- Full-time position (39 hours/week).
- Hybrid working model.
- Salary: 18,870€ gross/year + up to 3,330€ gross/year in bonuses.
