Your Responsibilities Moderate and assess content in Italian , ensuring it complies with platform guidelines and legal standards. Identify and remove harmful content such as hate speech , explicit material , and abusive language to ensure a positive online experience. Ensure content decisions are swift, fair, and consistent in line with community policies. Collaborate with global teams to resolve complex moderation issues and optimize processes. Stay on top of emerging trends in content moderation and online safety to provide proactive solutions. Meet performance targets while maintaining high-quality moderation standards. What Were Looking For Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is a must. Strong communication skills in English for team collaboration. Previous experience in content moderation , community management , or customer service is a plus. Detail-oriented with the ability to make quick and precise decisions. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A passion for online safety and helping to maintain a positive digital space. Flexibility to work shifts , including weekends and holidays as necessary.
