Lead Estimator - Data Centre Construction Join a leading M&E general contractor specializing in high-tech Mission Critical builds across Europe. This is an opportunity to work alongside top professionals on a major Data Centre project. Prepare, compile, and submit tenders within required deadlines, ensuring all pre-project information is accurately sourced and organized. Lead negotiations with clients during tender and post-tender stages. Analyse subcontractor and vendor quotations, verifying inclusions, exclusions, scope alignment, and commercial validity. Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support team and project needs. Previous experience within the construction industry in an estimating or commercial role. Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering) preferred. Experience leading or mentoring team members within an estimating or commercial environment. Spanish speaker preferred
