You will collaborate with IT, finance, and cross-functional teams, and report to senior leadership. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care.**Create and manage a centralized finance master data function to support the Diabetes finance processes* Build organizational design and plan for the master data value stream* Establish master data governance frameworks, including RACI models, and enforce business rules for data accuracy and completeness* Collaborate with IT and finance teams to push for operating excellence using automation (AI)* Design and optimize master data processes for Day 2 system (SAP S/4HANA) readiness and scalability* Lead efforts to cleanse and standardize financial master data for SAP S/4HANA migration for TSA exit at Day 2**Required Knowledge and Experience:*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Data Management, or related field* Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in financial master data management or related roles within a multinational organization* Proven experience in designing and implementing master data processes and governance frameworks* Expertise in data cleansing, quality management, and preparation for SAP S/4HANA migration* Strong understanding of master data management principles and tools for finance-related objects* Excellent leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skillsExperience managing culturally diverse teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.
