We are seeking a Crypto Venture Analyst with deep market insight, analytical rigor, and a genuine passion for blockchain innovation. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth research on blockchain ecosystems, protocols, and emerging crypto sectors. Analyze market trends, tokenomics, and on-chain data to identify long-term investment opportunities. Build and maintain valuation models for digital assets and early-stage crypto projects. Contribute to the design of Mundo Venture's long-term crypto investment portfolio. Collaborate with our investment and strategy teams to define portfolio allocation, risk exposure, and ROI frameworks. Produce clear, data-driven reports and strategic recommendations for senior management. What We Expect Proven experience in crypto or financial market analysis (2+ years preferred). Understanding of DeFi, blockchain fundamentals, token economics, and governance models. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with fluency in data platforms (Dune, Glassnode, Nansen, etc.). A personal track record of investing in crypto assets. Strategic, long-term mindset – not just short-term trading instincts. Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus. Compensation and Growth Base salary: €9,000 – €11,000 per month (depending on experience). Bonus structure (30%) based on: Quality and profitability of long-term investment theses. Research impact and portfolio contribution. Strategic insights leading to validated opportunities for Mundo Venture's crypto division. Fast-track career growth toward Portfolio Manager or Head of Crypto Research. Access to internal venture capital networks and strategic partners in the Web3 ecosystem.
