We are recognized in three fields: State‑of‑the‑art Data Technology to drive customer experience State‑of‑the‑art Procurement & Sourcing to drive efficiency and risk management High‑performing Global Team for stronger partnerships with AXA entities Where You’ll Be You will join the Group Security division, defining security standards for AXA entities, overseeing the overall security posture, and providing centralized services such as Crisis Management and the Security Operations Centre. Our security community comprises 1,000 professionals across Information Security, Physical Security, and Operational Resilience. Our Main Missions Monitor the Security Threat Landscape Define and oversee Security Standards and Strategy implementation across the Group Drive local security objectives with C‑Level executives of AXA entities Ensure the security of Group Operations as an entity Provide centralized security services and products to AXA entities The Department / Team Under the Group Security umbrella, the Cyber Defence department provides first‑line defense services, while the Security Operations Centre (SOC) detects, prevents, and responds to cyber threats. About The Job Main Missions Your Responsibilities Include Leading the Log Onboarding Factory team, overseeing onboarding processes Onboard logs following guidelines Identify prerequisites for log sources (technology, versions, etc.) Define connector setup and ensure IP configuration Request and follow up firewall flows Guide source device configuration per logging standard Validate event receipt and troubleshoot as needed Communicate progress and blockers Identify optimization opportunities and automation to improve efficiency Formalize and maintain documentation for log source onboarding Gather information from configuration guides and platform contacts for new technology Define logs to collect in collaboration with Security Monitoring & Detection and Incident Response teams Document and update logging standards, connector configuration, and mapping tables Manage delivery of entities onboarding demands and ad‑hoc projects Drive end‑to‑end log onboarding projects with stakeholders and third‑party teams Prioritize and manage capacities Ensure documentation meets requirements Participate in demand requests and solution design Liaise with the SIEM Platform Management team for continuous integration Enable information exchange and communication flow Track and document change activity (e.g., onboarding, connector adjustments) Coordinate on planned onboarding and issue resolution Expected Skills & Experience Experience IT experience > 5 years A degree in Computing, IT or Engineering Technical Skills Leadership skills to guide and inspire team members Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows environments Eagerness to learn and understand new technologies Ability to function effectively in a matrix structure Team player with a professional and positive approach Strong "can‑do" attitude and willingness to go the extra mile Cross‑cultural sensitivity and flexibility Fluent in English What We Offer We bring together the expertise, cultural diversity, and creativity of over 8,000 employees worldwide and are committed to equal opportunities and promoting Diversity & Inclusion by fostering a respectful work environment.
