To ensure the security and resilience of our digital domain, we are searching for a Cybersecurity Trainee .Cybersecurity is a core value at Fluidra, and we have a dedicated Security Committee and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) who prioritize our systems' confidentiality, integrity, and availability. We use state-of-the-art security technologies to achieve this, and our Global Cybersecurity Strategic Plan outlines our commitment to cutting-edge protection across various areas. As a member of the Cyber Resilience team, you will collaborate with experts to counter emerging threats and uphold our digital trust.Your responsibilitiesSupport the maintenance and review of incident response playbooks, battlecards, and crisis communication materials.Assist in organizing tabletop exercises, including preparing injects, documenting outcomes, and tracking lessons learned.Contribute to the review and mapping of disaster recovery (DR) and backup documentation across regions.Participate in internal audits of critical services to verify resilience baselines and identify potential improvement areas.Assist in weekly incident reviews to follow up on actions and capture lessons learned with the cybersecurity team.What we’re looking forUniversity students with a degree interested in a tech environment and passionate about cybersecurity.Enthusiastic, curious, and eager to learn.Strong team player with a responsible and proactive attitude.Ability to work independently while following guidelines and procedures.Analytical skills with attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in English for daily communication with international colleagues and managers.What you will find in Fluidra’s Global Cybersecurity TeamOpportunity to pursue a master's degree in cybersecurity while gaining practical work experience.Exposure to cutting-edge technology.Comprehensive learning about various fields of cybersecurity.Flexible working hours and hybrid work structure, combining both in-office attendance and remote work capabilities.A great working environment.Opportunities for personal and professional development.At Fluidra, we are committed to both the professional and personal development of our employees.
