Community Moderator

A Glimpse into the RoleLegendz is looking for a Community Moderator to support one of our newest Legendz products and its fast-growing online community. This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe, trusted, and engaging environment across our community platforms, including Discord and Telegram.You will act as a front-line representative of Legendz, supporting players, upholding community standards, and helping protect users from scams, impersonation, and misinformation commonly found in Web3-enabled environments. This role is ideal for someone who understands modern online communities and thrives in fast-moving, high-engagement settings.What You Will DoModerate Legendz community channels (primarily Discord and Telegram) during assigned shiftsIdentify, remove, and escalate scams, phishing attempts, impersonation, and malicious activityEnforce community guidelines consistently and fairlyRespond to basic product and gameplay questions, directing users to official resourcesMonitor conversations to identify emerging risks, sentiment trends, or recurring issues and escalate them to the Community ManagerWhat We’re Looking ForRequired ExperienceStrong familiarity with Discord and Telegram moderation toolsUnderstanding of Web3, blockchain-enabled platforms, or crypto-adjacent online communitiesCalm, professional, and confident communication style, especially during high-traffic or sensitive situationsAvailability to work assigned shifts across specific time zonesWhat We OfferAt Legendz, we’re committed to creating an exciting and rewarding environment for both our players and our team.
