En CBRE , líder global en servicios inmobiliarios, buscamos un Facilities Supervisor para cubrir una baja temporal en nuestra oficina de Madrid . ¿Cuál será tu misión? Supervisarás al equipo encargado de coordinar con clientes, proveedores y contratistas para garantizar que todas las órdenes de trabajo se completen de manera eficiente. Serás el punto de referencia para la comunicación entre propietarios, inquilinos y proveedores, asegurando el cumplimiento de procedimientos y estándares. Responsabilidades principales: Coordinar y gestionar las actividades diarias del equipo, asignando tareas y estableciendo horarios. Ser el contacto principal para incidencias y comunicaciones escaladas. Organizar el mantenimiento regular de equipos e instalaciones. Analizar informes de órdenes de trabajo y proponer mejoras en eficiencia. Supervisar la limpieza y desinfección del edificio. Realizar estudios de mercado y evaluar proveedores. Controlar gastos regulares y extraordinarios del área de Facilities. Liderar con el ejemplo, promoviendo los valores CBRE RISE . Requisitos: Formación mínima: Bachillerato o equivalente. Experiencia: 5+ años en funciones similares, preferiblemente con experiencia en supervisión. Conocimiento profundo de procesos y procedimientos de gestión de instalaciones. Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excelentes habilidades organizativas y analíticas. Capacidad para resolver problemas complejos y comunicar conceptos de forma clara.
