Lawyer CUATRECASAS is looking for a lawyer with 3‑4 years of experience in Public Law, especially in the urban planning sector, to join our office in Malaga. He/she will be an active member of the team and will collaborate in all types of advisory matters in this area: provision of advice, preparation of reports, intervention in administrative and contentious‑administrative proceedings, and participation in due diligence processes and acquisition of companies, with implications or application of public law and regulation of economic activities, mainly in the field of urban planning. The person to be incorporated will develop his/her work in coordination with other associates of his/her specialty and lawyers of other branches of law and will report directly to the partner responsible for each subject. From 4 to 6 years’ experience in commercial law focused on corporate/real estate practice Passion for and commitment to the practice of law Advanced English, minimum C1 level Previous experience of 3 to 4 years in public law, especially in the urban planning sector.
