Role Overview Join Amazon as a Content Specialist, Digital Studios . In this role you will generate Gen‑AI content, run virtual production projects, and design hybrid customer experience (CX) experiments. You will support innovative e‑commerce experiences using 3D and Gen‑AI technologies, working closely with teammates to implement production techniques that integrate with existing Amazon platforms.Key Responsibilities Support Gen‑AI content generation initiatives and virtual production projects.Assist in hybrid CX experiments and solutions for e‑commerce.Troubleshoot technical challenges with internal and external stakeholders.Execute content creation while maintaining quality and scalability standards.Collaborate with team members to implement automation and efficiency improvements.Support workflow optimization initiatives.Follow and implement technical best practices.Maintain documentation of processes.Participate in research and workflow improvements.Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree.Previous experience in Gen‑AI content creation, virtual production, or related field.Good communication skills, able to convey technical concepts clearly.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Understanding of content generation pipeline.Problem‑solving abilities.Good documentation skills.Working knowledge of Gen‑AI tools and virtual production software.Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a production environment.Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.Self‑motivated with attention to detail.Basic experience with hybrid CX experiments.Knowledge of product photography and lighting.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).Portfolio of artistic work.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
