We partner with leading organizations to protect their information systems through a comprehensive 360° offering of consulting, integration, expertise, and managed services.Our mission : Securing TogetherWe believe in a collaborative approach to cybersecurity, where experts and clients work hand-in-hand to anticipate threats and protect critical infrastructure.We are looking for a skilled Security Analyst to join our team, responsible for analyzing and validating user requests and maintaining endpoint and server security across multiple regions. The role involves close interaction with IT services, security tools, and user support.Your ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and validate user requests related to database access, server access, privileged accounts, and specific requests.Review and approve software installation requests.Create and maintain a knowledge base (Wiki) and validation procedures.Develop processes to integrate DocuSign for document management in ServiceNow requests.Update antivirus agents on endpoints (Trend Micro Apex One) and servers (Trend Micro Cloud One) across multiple regions.Provide user support for functional incidents related to servers and agents (Cloud One).Assist users with the installation and configuration of new agents (Cloud One).Ensure compliance and perform testing of Symantec Protection Engine (SPE) ICAP.Maintain Symantec Protection Engine and manage related incidents.Investigate the legitimacy of email releases and generate reports.Train analysts on ticket handling and security validation processes.Integrate and audit compliance for Microsoft Defender for Office, Microsoft Cloud App Security, and Microsoft Privileged Identity Management across multiple tenants.Technical EnvironmentServiceNowTrend Micro Cloud OneTrend Micro Apex OneSymantec Protection Engine ICAPMicrosoft Defender for OfficeMicrosoft Cloud App SecurityWhat You BringApproximately 5 years of relevant experience in IT security, endpoint protection, and user access management.Strong knowledge of antivirus and endpoint protection solutions.Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.Fluent English (mandatory)Ability to work remotely with occasional travel throughout the year.Why Join Squad?Personalized Growth :We help you build a training and certification plan aligned with your professional goals through our SquadeXpérience.Expertise Development :Participate in internal events like our MixYourTalent webinars and monthly CTF sessions.Visibility :Attend major industry conferences and contribute to our TheExpert technical blog.Culture :Enjoy a dynamic and close-knit environment with after-work events and team gatherings that foster great camaraderie.#J-18808-Ljbffr
