Senior Deskside Engineer Computacenter is a leading independent technology partner that supports large corporate and public sector organisations with IT infrastructure services. We help our customers source, transform and manage their IT systems to enable digital transformation worldwide. Role Identify and resolve various IT issues within the established time and quality (connectivity, application errors, operating system failures, etc.). Configure and prepare video conference rooms. Organise and inventory the warehouse. Install Microsoft Operating Systems and image devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, PDAs). Install software and run scripts. Replace components (hard drives, processors, etc.) in different types of devices. Perform other IT‑related tasks following Computacenter’s directives. Document work and constantly communicate with on‑site or remote teams. Maintain mobility to provide services at different sites. Necessary Knowledge Google Suite ServiceNow Microsoft Office Windows iOS At least 4 years of experience as a Deskside Engineer in a Microsoft environment Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Computer Science Driving licence required Skills / Behaviours Excellent customer service orientation Self‑management ability Adaptability under critical events Organised and efficient Details of the Vacancy Fully presential Monday to Friday coverage with potential on‑call or weekend interventions Rotating shifts (8 h to 17 h or 9 h to 18 h) Pluxee card (Sodexo) €180 /month (11 months/year: €1 980/year) after 3 months and private health insurance after 6 months About Us Computacenter is a global provider of IT infrastructure services with around 15 000 employees worldwide.
