The Position
El Patient Journey Partner (PJP) es un rol híbrido cuyo objetivo es representar a
Roche frente al cliente y ser la persona de referencia en la zona centro en el área de
oftalmología.
Es el responsable de identificar y anticipar las necesidades de los clientes-pacientes para
poder co-crear y desarrollar junto con los distintos stakeholders soluciones integrales
alineadas con las prioridades y estrategia de Roche que beneficien al mayor número de
pacientes lo antes posible.
Reporta al Área Leader de la zona Centro y será responsable de la CCAA de Castilla
La Mancha
Principales Responsabilidades
● Alto conocimiento científico en el área de Oftalmología y de la competencia.
● Persona de referencia de Roche con la comunidad médica y otros stakeholders
aprovechando los canales disponibles, adaptando los medios virtuales que le
proporciona la compañía y que utilizan sus clientes.
● Responsable de recoger los insights, tanto de la comunidad médica como de los
distintos stakeholders, aportando y compartiendo posibles soluciones a sus
necesidades.
● Proporcionar información, tanto dentro de su región como a los diferentes
equipos, marketing, los equipos médicos y cross funcionales implicados en su
patología.
● Análisis cuantitativos y cualitativos de los mercados terapéuticos.
● Trabajar, junto con los Regional Access Partner de la zona y con los distintos
stakeholders de acceso para asegurar y garantizar un acceso rápido a los
pacientes.
● Establecer colaboraciones científicas con Sociedades y Asociaciones de
Pacientes Regionales, actuando en continua colaboración con el Patient Access
Partner.
● Role activo en Simposios y Reuniones Científico-profesionales. Proporcionar
briefing a los speakers de eventos científicos.
● Dar soporte a los profesionales sanitarios en las solicitudes de usos compasivos
de su ecosistema, si fuera necesario.
Requisitos
● Licenciatura superior recomendable en ciencias de la salud.
● Inglés Medio-Alto imprescindible (B2-C1)
● Residencia en Castilla La Mancha
● Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en posiciones de campo en área comercial o
médica en el mercado de la Oftalmología preferiblemente área de la retina.
● Se valorará conocimiento en procesos y procedimientos de Ensayos Clínicos
● MD, PharmD o PhD relevante para el dominio terapéutico (valorable)
● MBA / Negocio relevante o acceso al mercado (valorable)
● Comprensión de la práctica clínica; conocimiento en la implementación y
seguimiento de ensayos clínicos
● Experiencia en gestión de TAEs y organizaciones externas (sociedades
científicas, y organizaciones de pacientes)
Perfil competencial
● Habituado a trabajar en entornos matriciales y ágiles.
● Capacidad demostrada para trabajar en equipo y de forma cross funcional en
entornos físicos y virtuales.
● Capacidad de priorización y de organización de recursos internos y externos
● Mentalidad emprendedora y capaz de actuar con rapidez mostrando autonomía y
proactividad. Capacidad de detectar necesidades no cubiertas y transformarlas en
propuestas reales.
● Capacidad didáctica y de interlocución a distintos niveles. Movilizador e
influyente, puede construir y mantener una comunicación abierta y transparente
con los diferentes interlocutores del ecosistema.
● Capaz de aprender rápidamente y crecer de forma autónoma para enfrentar
nuevos desafíos.
