SAP Cloud ALM / Solution Manager ConsultantDirect message the job poster from UltraCon ConsultoriaWe are looking for a Consultant specialized in SAP Cloud ALM and/or SAP Solution Manager to support governance, monitoring, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP environments. The professional will be responsible for supporting SAP Activate–based projects, enabling advanced operational monitoring, coordinating testing cycles, managing changes, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. This role involves close collaboration with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure efficiency, stability, and end-to-end traceability across processes.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation ManagementSupport SAP solution implementation initiatives using SAP Cloud ALM or SAP Solution Manager, ensuring alignment with SAP Activate methodologies.Use native platform tools (Project Management, Task Management, Roadmap Viewer, Deployment Orchestration) to manage scope, tasks, progress, and quality.Act as a facilitator between teams, promoting governance, alignment, and clear communication with stakeholders.Monitoring & OperationsMonitor the real-time health of SAP systems, including business processes, integrations, performance, availability, and user experience.Use Business Process Monitoring, Integration Monitoring, and Health Monitoring to identify bottlenecks, integration failures, and operational risks.Produce analyses, reports, and recommendations to guide preventive and corrective actions.Service & Test ManagementSupport request, incident, and change management activities using Cloud ALM Service Management or SolMan ITSM.Plan, execute, and track functional and integration testing using Test Management / Test Execution, ensuring traceability, evidence, and proper coverage.Contribute to test automation where applicable, ensuring governance over defects, prioritization, and follow-up.Change & Quality ManagementManage the full change cycle using Change & Deployment Management, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, approval criteria, and operational windows.Ensure delivery quality by promoting continuous improvement, process auditing, and adherence to architectural standards.Bring an analytical, structured, and risk-oriented approach to ensure stability and sustainable evolution of the SAP ecosystem.Mandatory Technical RequirementsProven experience with SAP Cloud ALM and/or SAP Solution Manager (ideally both).Knowledge of SAP Activate, project management, and SAP implementation roadmaps.Experience with monitoring business processes, integrations, and performance in SAP environments.Experience with Test Management, ITSM, Change Management, and governance practices.Advanced English for communication within international teams.Nice-to-Have QualificationsExperience in hybrid environments (ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BTP).Familiarity with A2A/B2B integrations, APIs, and SAP Integration Suite.Knowledge of test automation and scripting.SAP ALM or SAP Activate certifications (considered a plus).Soft SkillsClear and objective communication, including in English.Strong organization, priority management, and attention to detail.Analytical mindset and structured problem-solving capability.Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionConsultingIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting#J-18808-Ljbffr
