We operate in a premium residential environment and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical communication.The Opportunity We are looking for a Digital Specialist to manage and develop our digital presence across websites, search engines, and digital campaigns. This role is ideal for a hands-on digital professional who combines technical skills with strategic thinking and understands the importance of brand positioning and compliance in a sensitive, premium sector.You will work closely with management and external partners to ensure Oasis Premium Recovery’s online presence reflects the quality, discretion, and trust expected by our clients.Role Description The Digital Specialist is responsible for managing, optimizing, and developing Oasis Premium Recovery’s digital presence across websites, search engines, advertising platforms, and selected online channels.This role combines content management , SEO and performance optimization , digital advertising support , analytics , and ongoing digital improvements , working closely with management, marketing, and external partners.Key Responsibilities Website Management & OptimizationManage and update company websites using CMS platforms (e.G. WordPress)Edit, structure, and optimize website content to ensure clarity, consistency, and premium brand toneImprove page layouts, navigation, and user experienceCoordinate website improvements with designers, developers, and content writersEnsure websites are technically sound and aligned with brand and compliance guidelinesSEO Strategy & ImplementationImplement and manage on-page SEO:Meta titles and descriptionsHeading structure (H1–H3)Internal linkingKeyword optimizationSupport content-driven SEO (blogs, service pages, landing pages)Conduct keyword research and competitor analysisMonitor SEO performance and recommend improvementsDigital Advertising & Campaign SupportAssist in planning, setting up, and managing digital advertising campaigns:Google AdsSocial media advertising platformsSupport ad copy development and landing page optimizationMonitor campaign performance and suggest optimizationsCoordinate with external advertising specialists when requiredAnalytics, Tracking & ReportingSet up and monitor analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, tracking pixels)Track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performancePrepare internal performance reports with clear insights and recommendationsIdentify opportunities to improve conversion rates and user experienceContent & Digital Assets ManagementSupport creation and optimization of digital content:Website textsBlog articlesCampaign landing pagesEnsure all digital content aligns with:Brand positioningEthical and legal standards relevant to wellness and recovery servicesManage digital asset librariesOnline Research & Digital xcskxlj DevelopmentConduct research into:Digital marketing trendsCompetitor activityNew platforms and toolsIdentify digital growth opportunities aligned with the company’s strategyCompliance, Brand & ConfidentialityEnsure all digital communications respect:Client confidentialityAdvertising and healthcare-related compliance guidelinesBrand tone and ethical positioningRequirements Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, or website managementStrong knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)Solid understanding of SEO principles and analyticsExperience with digital advertising platforms is a strong advantageStrong written English (additional languages are a plus)Structured, detail-oriented, and reliableWhat We Offer Full-time role within a premium international wellness organizationOffice-based position in Marbella / Costa del SolOpportunity to influence and develop long-term digital strategyProfessional, respectful, and high-standard working environmentCompetitive salary based on experienceCrear una alerta de empleo para esta búsqueda#J-18808-Ljbffr
