Our Media Team is made up of both paid and organic media specialists and we are looking for a new Paid Social Specialist to join the team to service an exciting new client.Using data & insights, the Senior Paid Social Specialist will develop solid paid media strategies and plans across a range of biddable channels, including TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, X, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest & more. The Senior Paid Social Specialist will work closely with other departments, such as Creative, Tech and Production to ensure we continue to create award winning contentKEY RESPONSIBILITIESPlan, buy and optimise paid social media activityRespond to client (internal and external) briefsReport on activity on weekly, monthly and quarterly basisDevelop paid media strategies and create key tactical plans to deliver on themDeliver media plans to the highest possible standardOptimise existing paid social media deliverablesEnsure delivery of work is to the highest possible standardEnsure constant innovation across all deliverablesContribute to our creative process by sharing your ideas and experienceManage budgets for paid media deliverablesPresent work internally and externallyComplete work to deadlinesWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORRelevant experience within a paid media based roleStrong understanding of digital paid media, particularly paid social mediaAdvanced proficiency with Ads across a number of social media platforms including but not limited to; TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, and YouTube.
