Hvac Project Manager

As HVAC Project Manager, you will join our Spanish Datacenter team to oversee projects from design to delivery. Working on design and build projects for Datacenters, your main responsibilities are:

  1. Coordinating the design of the technical solution
  2. Writing technical specifications and accompanying building modeling
  3. Construction management of the HVAC field with the supervision of our subcontractors
  4. Being the client's privileged interlocutor, responsible for the technical and financial aspects of your field.

As an HVAC engineer, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial building projects with high added technical value.

With a strong technical mindset, you enjoy multicultural teamwork. Your rigor, interpersonal skills, and adaptability will help you succeed in this position and grow within our company.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required; a good level in French would be a plus.

We are an international design and build group specializing in complex buildings, primarily involved in turnkey construction, renovation, and extension projects in the Datacenter, Critical Utilities, Industry & Cleanrooms, Wines, Spirits & Agri-Foods sectors.
