We are an international media agency specializing in full-cycle marketing for a large-scale Sport project across global markets. Our products are rapidly expanding, and our team consists of experts in sports marketing, performance advertising, analytics, and creative production. As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced Head of Sport Marketing , ready to relocate to Spain and lead the sports marketing direction.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive sports marketing strategy for Sports brands.Lead all sports-related marketing activities, including sponsorships, sports integrations, content production, influencer collaborations, media buying, and partnership initiatives.Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with sports clubs, leagues, tournaments, federations, and other sports organizations.Build and manage a global network of sports ambassadors (athletes, commentators, experts).Establish a strong analytical framework to evaluate campaign effectiveness, ROI, brand impact, and product-related KPIs.Oversee budgeting and media planning for the sports marketing stream.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Creative, Brand, Performance, Geomarketing, PR).Monitor sports marketing trends, competitor activity, and new advertising opportunities.Build and grow the sports marketing team: hiring, mentoring, setting workflows and KPIs.Requirements5+ years of experience in sports marketing, preferably in international igaming sports companies.Proven track record of successful projects with sports clubs, leagues, tournaments, or sports influencers.Strong understanding of digital marketing, media buying, creative strategy, and brand communications.Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to secure high-value partnerships.Experience managing large budgets (multi-million € annually is a plus).Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with performance measurement tools.Solid leadership skills: team management, process building, goal setting.English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.Willingness to relocate to Spain.We OfferRelocation package: visa support, travel arrangements, and accommodation assistance.Competitive compensation package (salary + performance-based bonuses).Medical insurance and additional corporate benefits.Opportunity to influence the global marketing strategy of a fast-growing Sport project.Dynamic, creative, and international working environment.Career growth and leadership opportunities within the company.#J-18808-Ljbffr
