Job Description Key Requirements Data Modeling & Design Develop and implement logical and physical database models that align with business needs. Collaborate with development teams to design efficient and scalable database structures Ensure data integrity, normalization, and compliance with industry standards. Database Optimization Monitor and fine‑tune database performance, including indexing, partitioning, and query optimization. Analyze execution plans and recommend performance improvements. Implement best practices for database security, backup, and recovery strategies. Data Migration & Integration Plan and execute complex data migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and data consistency. Develop and maintain ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading. Work closely with application and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless data movement between environments. Administration & Maintenance Manage Oracle database instances, including installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades. Ensure database security, high availability, and disaster recovery planning. Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in production and non‑production environments. Qualifications Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA with expertise in data modeling, performance tuning, and data migration. Proficiency in Oracle 12c, 19c, and later versions. Strong experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and query optimization. Additional Information What do we offer you? Full‑time contract.
