We also strive to create a culture centered around personal and professional growth for employees, in a positive and welcoming environment.We’re looking for a Front‑end Tech Lead:✔️ 7 to 10 years of experience in frontend development✔️ 5+ years of experience with Angular framework✔️ Experience in a similar position (Tech/Team lead)✔️ Proficiency with testing frameworks and test runner frameworks✔️ Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills✔️ Strong leadership and organizational abilities✔️ Exceptional problem‑solving, and ability to work in a highly dynamic environment✔️ Exceptional understanding of SOLID/GRASP, client‑side architecture, and design patterns✔️ Upper‑Intermediate level of English.✔️ Design Architecture for New Systems; Review architecture documents created by team members or peers; Guidance on System Evolution.✔️ Share Knowledge; Manage Technical Documentation (including project architecture, bootstrap manuals, code guidelines, review processes).✔️ Manage technical debt by identifying, quantifying, and reducing it; Lead refactoring efforts; Ensure clean code and maintain high‑quality standards.✔️ Conduct code reviews to validate for defects and ensure architectural alignment.✔️ Oversee tests; Establish testing rules; Categorize them; Focus on critical parts.✔️ Review and prioritize bugs to assess system and team performance.✔️ Provide Periodic Feedback; Personal Development Plans; Mentor Engineers.✔️ Ensuring the team applies economic thinking to make timely decisions.✔️ Coordinating with other teams and stakeholders✅ We offer excellent benefits, including but not limited to:✈️ Relocation package (tickets, staying in a hotel for 2 weeks)️ 23 vacation days + 6 days of sick leave (without a Doctor's note)Birthdays, milestones and employee anniversaries celebrations️ Social Club with gym and more than 50 events per year - coming soonBreakfast and lunches in the office (partially covered)Language classes & tennis lessons (partially covered)Join BrainRocket and rock with usSeniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesSoftware Development and IT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at BrainRocket by 2x.Location: Alfafar, Valencian Community, Spain.#J-18808-Ljbffr
