As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in building trusted partnerships with business leaders across the organization. You will provide objective, data-driven insights to support strategic decision‑making and evaluate business performance. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the corporate FP&A team and report directly to the Finance Director for Southern Europe. Finance Business Partnering with the Key Relevant Stakeholders Be a main finance contact of the business and interface for the function counterparts with respect to Finance, Accounting, and Controlling topics Work with management and support the Finance Director to prepare monthly forecast, annual budgeting, and mid‑term planning in collaboration with functional leads Lead the commission calculation process in close alignment with the Sales Directors of Italy and Iberia and the Finance Director Southern Europe Lead the target‑setting process in close alignment with the Sales Directors of Italy and Iberia and the Finance Director Southern Europe Partner with local management to provide strategic financial insights, ensuring a deep understanding of business dynamics and their financial implications Drive the month‑end accruals process to ensure operating expenses are accurate & complete, prepare journal entries for SAP upload and perform and verify reconciliations Coordinate with other departments (not limited to Accounting, Legal, Business Development, etc.) on any ad‑hoc, local related topics/projects Monitor the progress of internal projects to ensure deadlines are met and objectives are achieved Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration Strong foundation in Accounting and Financial Planning Financial modeling and other Excel and PowerPoint‑based skills Understanding of operational, budgeting and reporting processes and databases Very good English and Spanish skills Experience in major ERP software (preferably SAP and BI) is a plus Department: Finance
