This is your opportunity to experience a #1 health-tech scale-up where both your work and your results are highly tangible and matter to the business.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and evaluate financial performance against budgeted targets.Develop and implement cost control measures to enhance financial efficiency.Conduct financial risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.Review and approve financial transactions to ensure compliance with internal controls.Support the development and implementation of FP&A processes.Collaborate with department heads to gather financial data and insights for strategic decision-making.Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.Review, report, and consolidate costs according to the Finance team\'s requirements and deadlines.Refine and improve control processes to ensure data accuracy and time efficiency.Assist various stakeholders with ad-hoc requests.This is an opportunity to explore diverse finance topics and foster a continuous learning mindset.Requirements6+ years professional experience as Financial Controller.A bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.Fluent in English.Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a large scale global scale-up or Big 4 audit firms.In-depth knowledge of IFRS and/or Spanish GAAP.Advanced level in Excel.What we offerOpportunity to grow in an innovative company and Top International Scale Up.Attractive compensation package.Flexibility on attendance hours (starting 8am to 10am from Monday to Friday).The position would be on-site, so we don\'t offer remote work.Benefits with our treatments, aligners, and products.Collaborative work environment and positive culture.International and diverse teams.Coffee and fresh fruit every morning.Due to the impossibility of providing sponsorship, we require you to have the eligibility to work in the EU.At Impress we cultivate a culture of inclusion and diversity.
