Let s shape the future of wealth management together. TThe Compliance Risk Officer is part of the Compliance Consolidated Supervision (CCS) Competence Center. This mission aims at supporting the CCS team mainly for the performance of Compliance controls, periodical and thematic reviews. The Compliance Consolidated Supervision Competence Center is active in all areas where BJBE needs to maintain the ongoing compliance with the applicable regulations, which are under the Compliance framework, this includes AML/CTF, Tax Compliance, Sanctions Embargoes, Fraud, MiFID 2, IDD, Market Abuse, CoI, etc The mission of Compliance is to support the Senior Management in ensuring compliance with external and internal regulations by actively managing regulatory and reputational risks YOUR CHALLENGE General Compliance Culture - Preparing all documents required by Internal and External auditors - Complying with the BJBE standards, processes and controls in line with the regulatory framework as well as with the supervisor s and auditor s requirements - Ensuring excellent and evolving knowledge of all European regulations applicable to BJBE, industry best practice and in-house policies and procedures - Get an insight in relevant departments (e.g. Legal, Risk Management, Product Management or Relationship Management) in order to get to know the interfaces and to understand the business model of the
